What you'll do

  • Build social, coping, and independent-living skills with children
  • support foster families
  • supervise visits between foster children and birth families and report concerns
  • provide one-on-one support when indicated
  • collaborate with clinicians, case managers, and foster families to facilitate individualized treatment
  • use strengths-based role-modeling, skill-building, and behavioral interventions.
