Field and Account Marketing Specialist

The Field and Account Marketing Specialist role is hybrid, with two remote workdays, and is based in Orange County, CA; the listing location is Irvine, CA. The schedule is five days per week, eight hours per day, typically 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Pay is $30–$41 per hour. The role supports ZO Skin Health’s field sales teams and physician accounts. The specialist develops and distributes accurate, on-brand sales and patient-facing materials, merchandising assets, and account resources. The work translates marketing programs into practical tools that support provider engagement and in-office patient conversion.

What you'll do

• Support field enablement tools and sales collateral
• coordinate launch and seasonal campaign materials
• route claims and copy through review
• assist with patient-facing and account marketing resources
• support in-clinic displays, merchandising audits, and inventory
• coordinate launches, sampling, promotional programs, webinars, and asset distribution
• maintain current shared resources and support global adaptations.
