The Caregiver — In-Home Senior Care role is onsite in Avon, OH, with weekday pay of $16–$19 per hour and weekend premium pay of $17–$20 per hour. Available schedules include weekdays and weekends, 9 a.m.–1 p.m. Senior Helpers’ mission is to improve quality of life for seniors and their families. The caregiver helps clients remain safe and comfortable in their homes by assisting with daily living, mobility, meals, medication reminders, companionship, and care documentation. Reliable, respectful support helps clients and families receive consistent care.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting, and adult diapering
• support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• provide companionship and emotional support
• prepare meals
• provide medication reminders
• monitor and report changes in client condition
• document care provided
• communicate with clients and office staff
• be available for shifts based on client schedules.
