The Retail Sales Lead role is onsite in Peoria, AZ, at the Phoenix Sun City Thrift Store. The posting lists pay of $17.50 per hour. What you'll do

• Partner with the Store Manager on opening and closing, point-of-sale operations, inventory, merchandising, and donations
• assume day-to-day operations in managers’ absence
• monitor performance indicators and support sales and profitability goals
• schedule employees and coordinate team meetings when managers are absent
• coach and train employees
• support customer and donor satisfaction
• assist back-room processing
• supervise and report on program beneficiaries when work therapy assignments are in place
• protect cash, inventory, and property
• maintain safety and security procedures.
