What you'll do

• Define global technical strategy for dry etch processes, including advanced plasma etch and high-aspect-ratio applications
• identify performance gaps and lead improvement initiatives
• partner with technology development, process integration, and manufacturing sites to develop, qualify, and scale solutions
• influence equipment and hardware roadmaps with suppliers
• lead technical programs from concept through implementation
• develop guidelines and knowledge-sharing frameworks
• mentor senior engineers and technical leaders
• advance analytics, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and continuous improvement.
