What you'll do

• Perform clerical duties including answering phones, bookkeeping, typing, word processing, filing, and office machine operation
• train staff on computer applications
• manage schedules, calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
• prepare meeting agendas and minutes
• route mail and correspondence
• maintain records, inventory, mailing, and database systems
• process forms and expense reports
• communicate information to customers and employees
• perform basic bookkeeping and troubleshoot office equipment.
