EmmUcare Home Health provides non-medical home care to help seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. The aide provides support according to each client’s individualized care plan, which may include personal care, mobility assistance, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, approved transportation, and medication reminders. Training and competency education are provided, and assignments are matched to client needs and caregiver availability, qualifications, location, and ability to travel.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care, hygiene, and dressing assistance as assigned
• support mobility and incontinence needs
• offer companionship and emotional support
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• assist with errands and approved transportation
• provide medication reminders
• follow individualized care plans and complete required onboarding and training.
