Manufacturing Maintenance Assistant — Overnight Shift

Job overview

The Manufacturing Maintenance Assistant role is onsite in Taylor, MI, with a Sunday–Thursday overnight schedule from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Pay is $24–$26 per hour, based on experience. The assistant supports the maintenance team at a long-term client site.

What you'll do

• Assist with troubleshooting and mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs
• use hand and power tools to assemble products
• inspect and test assemblies
• perform routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
• report safety concerns and defects
• maintain workflow and 5S standards
• collaborate with team members and follow safety procedures.
