Dock Associate

The Dock Associate role is onsite in Strongsville, OH, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation is $18.00–$20.00 per hour. The role supports Shipping Pilot’s warehouse receiving, inventory, and shipping operations. The associate verifies incoming freight, prepares outbound shipments, maintains inventory records, and helps load and unload products. Accurate documentation and safe warehouse organization support reliable daily operations.

What you'll do

• Receive and inspect incoming freight
• verify quantities against documentation and enter data into the WMS
• prepare outbound shipments and bills of lading
• conduct cycle counts and stock checks
• load and unload freight
• store and organize products
• verify labels and documentation
• follow safety procedures and report hazards or damaged products.
