What you'll do

• Lead facility operations across laboratory and office environments
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and facility infrastructure
• Support laboratory operations through effective vendor and contractor management
• Oversee shipping, receiving, safety, and administrative support activities
• Manage budgets, procurement activities, and capital improvement projects
• Drive EHS compliance and emergency preparedness programs
• Ensure laboratory systems, HVAC, utilities, ventilation systems, and safety infrastructure operate efficiently and reliably
• Partner with scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to support research excellence
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support future facility expansion projects
• Respond to facility-related emergencies and critical operational issues when necessary.
