What you'll do

• Develop schedules and coordinate installation crews
• interpret equipment instructions, duct layouts, shop drawings, and plans
• coordinate with builders, inspectors, project managers, and stakeholders
• forecast materials and equipment
• inspect work and report progress
• perform punch work
• ensure code, zoning, equipment-location, duct-sizing, and refrigerant-line requirements are met
• address safety deficiencies and maintain clean sites
• coach and mentor team members.
