What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls about appointments, products, and services
• make outbound calls to leads and existing clients
• use sales skills to convert calls into qualified appointments
• use campaign and CRM information to identify appointment opportunities
• handle client SMS, email, and website chat
• participate in team meetings and training
• report technical issues and client complaints
• follow scheduling rules and company policies
• maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
• use Spanish or other bilingual skills to assist clients as applicable.
