• Support residents with COPD, CHF, tracheostomies, and ventilators
• assess and monitor residents and respond to changes in condition
• collaborate with respiratory therapists, physicians, and facility teams

• maintain documentation and follow safety and regulatory requirements.

Why this role

Requires an active LPN or RN license and BLS certification, which may be obtained within 30 days of hire. ACLS is required for work with residents in ventilator units or may be obtained within six months of hire. Work may include evenings and weekends as operational needs require.
