The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), In-Person role is onsite in Roanoke, VA, with pay of $80–$100 per hour. Alight Behavioral Therapy provides personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations to help children on the autism spectrum reach their potential. The BCBA conducts assessments and evaluations, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, and provides in-home ABA therapy using evidence-based methods. The role coordinates with parents, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, tracks client progress, and supports meaningful outcomes and quality of life for children with autism.

What you'll do

• Conduct in-person assessments and evaluations for children with autism spectrum disorder
• develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
• collaborate with parents, caregivers, and healthcare professionals on care coordination
• provide in-home ABA therapy using evidence-based methods
• design and implement behavioral interventions
• maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans
• and participate in ongoing professional development and training.
