The role exists to provide legal and administrative support to senior attorneys handling personal injury and medical malpractice cases. It manages filings, calendars, records, discovery, communications, and case files from case inception through resolution.

What you'll do

• Draft and file motions, pleadings, and subpoenas
• manage attorney calendars, client meetings, and case deadlines
• request and review medical records
• prepare case summaries
• handle discovery requests and responses
• communicate with clients, court staff, and legal professionals
• maintain digital and physical case files
• collaborate with paralegals supporting attorneys.
