What you'll do

• Ensure sales operations present a professional company image
• gather job-site measurements and blueprint information as needed
• prepare material and labor estimates and quotes
• maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
• monitor satisfaction and resolve complaints
• coordinate with internal departments
• handle calls and estimates
• assist with accounts receivable collection as needed
• coordinate sales follow-up on installation dates with field crews
• maintain community relations.
