Folder/Gluer Production Operator

Job overview

The Folder/Gluer Production Operator role is onsite in Quincy, MA. Pay is $17–$27 per hour. The operator supports Superior Packaging and Finishing’s bindery operations by producing finished printed materials to customer specifications. The role exists to turn printed sheets into accurate, production-ready folded and glued products. By setting up and monitoring equipment, checking quality, and maintaining machinery and a safe work area, the operator helps meet customer requirements while limiting defects and rework.

What you'll do

• Set up, make ready, operate, and monitor folder/gluer equipment
• adjust fold and glue patterns to job specifications
• perform quality checks for proper folding and gluing and minimal waste or rework
• conduct preventive and mechanical maintenance, adjustments, repairs, and cleaning as needed
• identify defects and make necessary adjustments
• follow safety protocols and maintain an organized work environment.
