Electric Vehicle Technician

The Electric Vehicle Technician role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV. Pay is $43–$46 per hour. The technician supports fleet readiness for an on-demand autonomous rideshare company through Royalty Staffing. The role configures, maintains, diagnoses, and repairs fleet vehicles so they are ready for safe road use, demonstrations, and testing. It coordinates repairs with engineering and shop teams, documents service work, and helps maintain the workshop and parts inventory.

What you'll do

• Configure, set up, maintain, diagnose, and sign off on vehicles for safe road use
• travel locally as needed for vehicle setup, diagnostics, and maintenance
• coordinate with the shop foreman on vehicle readiness
• escalate issues to engineering
• manage repairs from start to finish
• create diagnostic test plans as needed
• maintain service records and field reports
• organize shop tools and workspace
• assist with parts inventory.
