What you'll do

• Lead and develop the water and wastewater estimating team
• establish performance standards and processes
• oversee detailed project estimates
• review pricing, quantities, production assumptions, subcontractor coverage, constructability, and risk
• lead final estimate reviews
• advise leadership on go/no-go decisions
• mentor estimators and support staff
• collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field teams
• support preconstruction and value engineering
• build supplier and subcontractor relationships
• analyze historical costs and bid results
• and improve estimating systems and workflows.
