Apartment Maintenance Technician

The Apartment Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Apache Junction, AZ, paying $21 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with an alternating weekend and after-hours on-call rotation. The technician maintains and enhances the community by completing repairs, preparing vacancies for residents, responding to service requests, and supporting upkeep of shared spaces. The role helps ensure the property meets company maintenance standards and remains ready for residents and guests.

What you'll do

• Prepare vacancies for market readiness
• perform community maintenance such as light bulb changes, caulking, filter changes, painting, lock repairs, snow removal, window-covering repairs, pool and minor HVAC maintenance, and landscaping
• respond to resident requests
• perform emergency service as required
• report maintenance concerns
• monitor supplies
• assist with grounds, projects, resident activities, and communications.
