The Wind Farm Technician Associate is an onsite role based in Armstrong, TX, responsible for supporting the operations and maintenance of wind farms. This position assists in scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities to ensure site safety and availability. This role exists to provide technical support to the O&M team and maintain the readiness of plant tools and equipment. By assisting with turbine maintenance and balance of plant procedures, the technician contributes to the overall performance of the wind farm.

• Assist with turbine maintenance, perform acceptance tests, track service activities in maintenance management systems, and support substation maintenance.
