What you'll do

• Build, retain, and grow client relationships across lawn maintenance, landscape enhancements, and snow and ice removal
• serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts
• learn client properties, service scopes, priorities, and expectations
• complete monthly site audits and share reports
• coordinate service needs with operations and branch leadership
• identify enhancement opportunities
• pursue renewal and enhancement sales goals
• maintain accurate records and sold-work information
• help resolve client concerns
• represent Brilar at client meetings, industry events, networking opportunities, and company meetings.
