Payroll Specialist — Remote, EST or CST

What you'll do

• Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees, including pay, deductions, bonuses, and benefits
• maintain records of attendance, leave, and compensation changes
• coordinate payroll data with HR and finance
• verify timesheets, taxes, deductions, and other inputs
• audit time imports and payroll variances
• address employee inquiries
• generate reports
• monitor regulatory changes
• assist with audits, compliance checks, and system upgrades
• protect confidential records.

Why this role

Requires at least eight years of payroll processing experience; global payroll experience is a plus. Payroll or HCM software experience is required, with Workday preferred, along with knowledge of payroll and tax laws, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail.
