The Medication Assistant contributes to the team by delivering age-appropriate care, assisting with daily living activities, and administering prescribed medications within their scope of practice to ensure the well-being and comfort of residents.

What you'll do

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing.
• Obtain and record vital signs.
• Assist with transferring, re-positioning, and walking.
• Support food preparation and dining experiences.
• Document care outcomes, medication administration, and resident behavior.
• Provide housekeeping and laundry services.
• Participate in wellness and recreational programs.
