Manager, Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) Operations & Project Execution is an onsite role supporting an assigned region, with the listing location in Cassadaga, NY. The annual base salary range is $130,000–$140,000. RWE Americas develops, constructs, and operates wind, solar, battery storage, and natural gas-powered generation projects. The manager leads regional HSSE support and a team of professionals across development, construction, and operating assets. The role strengthens safe operations, regulatory compliance, incident response, and continuous improvement through audits, investigations, corrective actions, and performance reporting.

What you'll do

• Manage HSSE professionals and promote safety for employees, contractors, and subcontractors
• drive continuous improvement
• travel frequently to regional facilities and projects
• review investigations and update KPA Flex
• partner on incident corrective actions through closure
• maintain HSSE metrics and OSHA 300 records
• conduct and document wind, solar, and battery operations and project audits, inspections, and assessments
• participate in cross-functional meetings
• respond to corporate HSSE requirements.
