Room Service Operator

What you'll do

• Take room service orders by phone
• answer menu questions and check with kitchen staff
• log callbacks
• communicate meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests
• record orders in Digital Dining
• complete closing reports and process payments
• maintain clean work areas
• follow safety, security, and quality procedures
• acknowledge guests and address service needs.
