The Direct Support Professional (DSP) — Qualified Residential Treatment Program role is onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour. Bamboo Sunrise’s Qualified Residential Treatment Program supports youth in foster care with a safe, structured, trauma-informed environment. This role provides supervision, mentoring, transportation, and daily support to youth while helping implement treatment goals and build skills for long-term success.

What you'll do

• Supervise and support youth in care
• maintain a safe, structured living environment
• use trauma-informed care and behavior management strategies
• mentor youth and teach daily living skills
• facilitate activities
• transport youth
• document activities and incidents
• support treatment plans
• respond to crises
• participate in team meetings, supervision, and training.
