Assembly Technician

Job overview

The Assembly Technician works onsite in Colorado Springs, CO; compensation is $22–$30 per hour. The role supports research and development activities in SARA’s High Power Electromagnetics Division for government and commercial customers.

What you'll do

• Perform mechanical, electrical, and fabrication assembly
• use production tools and follow work instructions
• coordinate parts and supplies with inventory
• report noncompliance to QA/QC
• support painting, surface preparation, and equipment upkeep
• verify assembly quality
• maintain organized work areas
• and provide process-improvement feedback.

Why this role

Requires U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance. Soldering and electrical assembly verification are a plus, not required. Respirator fitness testing may apply.
