What you'll do

• Conduct patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• develop and manage treatment plans with physicians and care teams
• provide assigned clinical care
• perform or assist with specialty procedures as appropriate
• order and interpret tests
• monitor outcomes
• document care
• coordinate transitions and referrals
• participate in call coverage, rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, or nights as required.
