What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors
• follow security procedures and site policies
• respond professionally to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter
• monitor access points and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations
• complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation.
