What you'll do

• Oversee site operations and staffing across both sites
• manage call-outs and consult program leadership
• monitor medication and communication forms and individual records
• maintain clinical-record compliance with MSDP and DMH standards
• report and follow up on facility hazards and issues
• ensure programming aligns with wellness and recovery principles
• assist with medication administration as needed
• supervise staff and support MAP policy
• document progress and incidents
• maintain confidentiality
• maintain MAP, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
