What you'll do

• Deliver plates promptly and connect with guests
• garnish dishes according to Snooze standards
• know kitchen portion sizes, methods, recipes, quality standards, and procedures
• stock and maintain food stations
• handle, store, and rotate products
• complete kitchen station opening and closing checklists.
