What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manual/conventional and CNC machines
• interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, process documentation, and job orders
• use precision measuring equipment
• set up fixtures and equipment
• grind and sharpen tools
• meet production rates, quality standards, and schedules
• guide, coach, or train less experienced staff
• follow safety procedures.
