What you'll do

• Complete intake screening and orientation
• provide intervention and conflict resolution when needed
• complete client documentation and daily logs
• conduct hourly room, floor, and facility safety checks
• report daily census to the Department of Homeless Services
• assist with meals and client belongings
• support fire drills and inspections
• monitor medication and safety logs
• answer and direct calls
• maintain shift handoffs
• attend required meetings and trainings
• perform related administrative duties.
