What you'll do

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• source candidates through career fairs, online events, community networks, and social media
• screen resumes, interview candidates, administer assessments, conduct reference and background checks, recommend hiring decisions, and deliver and negotiate offers
• manage internal transfers
• follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• maintain applicant tracking system activity and application files
• support compliance with employment laws and affirmative action plans.
