What you'll do

• Manages full life cycle of complex general liability claims
• analyzes coverage and evaluates damages
• directs defense counsel and controls litigation costs
• prepares reports for reinsurers and JPAs
• pursues subrogation opportunities
• drafts coverage letters and negotiates settlements
• provides guidance to junior adjusters.
