What you'll do

• Remove food from plates
• pre-rinse dishes, glasses, and tableware and load the dishwasher
• unload clean items and put them away
• sweep and mop floors
• monitor detergent and cleaning supplies
• follow health and safety guidelines
• participate in team meetings
• perform other assigned cleaning duties.
