What you'll do

• Supervise the outpatient clinical team and assigned clinicians
• ensure compliance and quality
• support education and outreach
• recommend strategies to improve staff performance and client services
• ensure consumer involvement in person-centered planning
• facilitate individual service plans
• conduct ongoing psychosocial assessments
• participate in legal proceedings during clinical emergencies
• and meet with people served face-to-face when medically necessary.
