What you'll do

• Answer support calls and handle ServiceNow tickets
• troubleshoot Microsoft 365, hybrid Active Directory, email, MFA, VPN, and account access
• provide first-level desktop and laptop support for Windows and macOS
• resolve basic network and connectivity issues
• follow knowledge base articles
• manage and document ticket queues
• prioritize by urgency and business impact
• support multiple clients
• escalate unresolved issues
• maintain and create knowledge base articles
• participate in team meetings, process updates, and training.
