What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients and menu components according to recipes and kitchen standards
• use proper knife skills, portioning, and food handling
• maintain a clean, organized, stocked prep station
• label, date, and rotate stock
• assist line cooks during service as needed
• communicate inventory and prep needs to kitchen leadership
• and follow food-safety guidelines.
