Director, Activations Strategy and Operations

What you'll do

• Own activation performance targets and tracking toward the 75-day goal
• monitor risks and lead responses
• guide portfolio and site sequencing
• diagnose delays across regulatory, legal, site readiness, and study startup
• design scalable processes and playbooks
• partner with Product and Technology on visibility tools
• clarify cross-functional ownership
• align Site Operations, Regulatory, Legal, Commercial, and Study Success
• develop vendor partnerships
• build the activations team and operating cadence.
