What you'll do

• Provide front-desk customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and vendors
• follow site security procedures
• verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain visitor records
• monitor reception and access points and report unusual activity or maintenance issues
• respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and other critical situations according to procedures
• communicate with facility staff, visitors, emergency responders, and company leadership.
