Customer Service Vehicle Delivery Driver

The Customer Service Vehicle Delivery Driver role is onsite in Georgetown, Texas. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour. The role supports Carvana’s customer vehicle delivery and customer service operations. The position helps customers complete the vehicle handoff by delivering vehicles, completing paperwork, and recording detailed notes in the customer tracking system. It also includes loading and unloading vehicles onto a car hauler and inspecting the hauler to help ensure safe operation.

What you'll do

• Deliver vehicles to customers using custom car haulers
• load and unload vehicles onto the hauler
• inspect the car hauler to ensure it remains safe to drive
• complete customer paperwork and detailed tracking-system notes
• drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with company policy.

Why this role

Hours are 11:00 AM–9:00 PM, with availability required seven days a week and rotating weekday and weekend days off. Requires at least two years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver’s license, and a DOT Medical Card; a commercial license is not required.
