The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Gabert Clinic role is onsite in Glendive, MT, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Starting pay is $19.20 or more per hour, based on experience and internal equity. Gabert Clinic serves as a healthcare resource for patients throughout Eastern Montana. The CMA supports compassionate outpatient care by preparing patients, assisting providers, completing clinical procedures within certification and clinic protocols, and maintaining accurate records. The role helps patients receive coordinated care from check-in through follow-up.

What you'll do

• Welcome and prepare patients for appointments and procedures
• obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information
• assist providers during examinations and treatments
• administer medications as permitted by certification and clinic protocols
• perform basic procedures such as dressing changes and suture or staple removal
• collect laboratory specimens and assist with testing
• maintain EHR records
• communicate with patients and care team members
• support clinic operations while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
