What you'll do

• Assist teachers with lesson plans and learning activities
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
• support sustainable education practices
• supervise children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor play
• document observations and report suspected abuse or neglect as a mandated reporter. Support daily family communication and events, complete required training, collaborate with the teaching team, assist with staff supervision and direction, and act as a management representative when the School Director is absent. Support compliance, curriculum implementation, enrollment oversight, and school operations.
