What you'll do

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and rent payments
• support budgets, financial reports, and cost controls
• oversee leasing from inquiry through move-in
• maintain resident files and move records
• assist with marketing and occupancy
• conduct tours and process applications
• address resident concerns
• support policy and fair-housing compliance
• handle office tasks and resident communications
• organize resident events
• drive locally for property-management business.
