Long-Haul Driver - Class A

The Long-Haul Driver - Class A role is onsite in Carthage, TX, with one to two overnight routes per week depending on business needs. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Pick up and transport regulated medical waste in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• manage assigned large- and small-quantity customer routes
• plan schedules using manifests and route sheets
• complete route paperwork and DOT driver logs
• inspect vehicles before and after trips
• report maintenance issues and route changes
• operate dry van, jockey, roll-off, manual transmission, and refrigerated vehicles
• perform scheduled preventative maintenance across assigned facilities.
