What you'll do

• Oversee purchasing, receiving, organization, and inventory of equipment parts and shop supplies
• maintain inventory levels while minimizing excess or obsolete stock
• build vendor and supplier relationships
• compare pricing, suppliers, warranties, and purchasing options
• respond to parts needs and urgent requests with shop leadership and mechanics
• manage returns, warranties, cores, exchanges, and vendor credits
• maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records
• use technology, data, and emerging tools including AI to improve purchasing and inventory management
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts area.
