Processing Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Maintain processing equipment and monitor preventive and periodic maintenance
• assist with repairs
• monitor egg flow into processing
• communicate equipment or flow issues
• oversee the processing area when the Processing Manager is away
• maintain tools and parts inventory
• and report food-safety and quality issues. Follow applicable SOPs, FDA and USDA rules, biosecurity policies, good manufacturing practices, and food-defense programs.
