Service Manager

What you'll do

• Lead maintenance operations
• supervise and schedule daily maintenance work, service requests, preventive maintenance, unit turns, and emergency response
• develop staff
• oversee vendors and contractors
• conduct site inspections
• manage maintenance programs and inventory
• assess repair and capital needs
• troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
• support budgets
• maintain required licenses and certifications
• lead safety meetings and enforce OSHA/MSDS compliance.
